Return / Exchange Policy

I do not accept returns, however I do provide exchanges under certain circumstances.  I take great pride in delivering quality products which can be backed by many of my returning customers.  Your satisfaction is important to me!   Due to the "handmade" nature of my products, slight imperfections that do not affect the longevity or overall function of the product are to be expected.  However, if you receive a product damaged or with major error or defect, I will gladly provide an exchange for the same product when the following conditions are met: 
  1. Contact me within 5 days of delivery with a description and picture/video of the defect or error @ quality1creations@gmail.com
  2. Ship/return UNUSED item(s) back within 14 days of delivery    
  3. I will provide an exchange for same product without error/defect.
